Kristen Hubanks of Chicago admitted to the University of Illinois Springfield

Kristen Hubanks of Chicago, a senior a Morgan Park High School, has been admitted to the University of Illinois Springfield for the fall 2017 term.

At Morgan Park High School, she is active on the basketball team, swim team, and water polo team. She also serves as a basketball manager. Hubanks said she chose UIS because the school looked inviting.

She looks forward to learning new things. She plans to major in pre-nursing and would like to work as a nurse in a hospital upon her graduation.
