Elizabeth Elliott of Sugar Grove admitted to the University of Illinois Springfield

Elizabeth Elliott of Sugar Grove, a senior at Kaneland High School, has been admitted to the University of Illinois Springfield for the fall 2018 term.

At Kaneland, she is a cheerleader, sings in the choir and is part of the staff of the Kaneland Krier, the student newspaper.

She says she chose UIS because “it will be the best fit for me.”

She plans to major in psychology at UIS and wants to become a child life specialist following graduation.
